Awesome gym! Had all the equipment we needed! And was super well kept and clean
Great little gym in a convenient location. You have everything you need from a squat rack with cable to other type of bars and dumbbells. It's affordable to use and you can book 30 or 60 minute slots, even at short notice. You access the gym by taking the stairs up one floor and entering the code into a key pad. Would definitely recommend for a workout when you are in Tokyo.
Very convenient for travelers who want a bit of privacy. The gym is sufficiently supplied for weight training. Very responsive!
Great gym, especially for foreigners as all other gyms will require japanese residence card.Make sure to download the LINE app and add YOS as a friend as that is how you will get access in.
It's a very great private gym place where we won't need to share with anyone, because we can book by DM any time we wanna do our workouts. Location also very strategic, close to station. Good for visitors that looking for casual passes to gym. Definitely will come again when visit Japan, very recommended 👍
First time visiting Japan and have been looking for a gym place. I’m so glad I found this gym place in Akihabara, so close to Akihabara station for easy travel. The host responded my enquiry so quickly and explained everything in detail. Gym place can be booked according to the time we want and it will be a private gym for ourselves only.Equipment is quite complete for those that not looking for cardio workout. Play your own music through bluetooth connection in the gym.I’m very thankful for this gym existence and the helpful host. Really recommend if you visit Tokyo…
My partner and I are visiting from out of town and wanted to get a quick pump in. YOS Gym was perfect for our needs. It was like our own private home gym. Book your session online by half hour or one hour increments. A code will be given to you to enter the facility via LINE app. Note that prices are for time usage and not for number of persons (eg one hour usage of gym for my partner and I cost 3000 yen). The gym was a bit snug for two people but we made it work and it was equipped with everything we needed. There is a bathroom, changing room and water cooler in the facility! Highly recommend!
Very nice private studio, and a great price for travelers. I will definitely be using this studio for the rest of our stay and for future stays. If you are a foreigner make sure to have Line App installed and ready to go since that is how you will be contacting your host for details.

This is my first time in Japan and I’m a professional natural bodybuilder for the INBA so it is kind of important I keep up with my workout even during my travels. There are many options in Tokyo but I found this option to be most ideal. Booking for a gym so you don’t have to share or worry about bothering others. The gym has plenty of equipment to get a short workout done even for someone as diehard as myself. It is also very organized and clean! The price is great for me. The owners are very kind and helped me book with no issues. Will come back again!
